ARTBOOK is a progressive small company run by and for people who know, love and believe in art books. Founded in 2008 by members of the internationally respected art book distributor, D.A.P., ARTBOOK sells books by the world’s most important museum and independent art, photography, architecture and design publishers through the website ARTBOOK.com; at curated pop-up stores in museums, specialty retail outlets and other cultural venues; and in permanent locations.

ARTBOOK also has an amazing blog!  Today through the suggest of a dear friend I came across a great piece on Ann Bonfoey Taylor.  Seriously why haven’t I heard of her before?!  Ann Bonfoey Taylor was truly a renaissance woman and fashion icon.  During her lifetime (1909-2007), she was regularly featured in Vogue, Town & Country, and Harper’s Bazaar – pretty cool, right?  She also competed at Wimbledown, was a member for the U.S. Olympic Sky team, and acted as a flight instructor for the Army and Navy!  WOWZA!
