We thought it was about time to introduce you to the faces and people behind the 80%20 brand!   The team comes from all over the country and each member brings a lot of different experience to the table.  I can happily say that I’m excited that I get to work with these ladies every day.

The first member of our team we’d like you to meet is Katharine Smith!  Katharine is our Operations Manager and she pretty much makes sure that everything runs smoothly, plus so much more.  No job is too big and when we’re in the middle of a crazy season, she’s always calm and collected.  Meet Katharine!

What’s your favorite part about NYC? It’s equally rude and welcoming. Hideously beautiful. Adoringly unaffected. It’s perfect.
