Greek Salad with homemade dressing!
Our favorite Greek restaurant is practically on speed dial for all those times we’re craving a delicious and classic Greek meal. Skanakopita is a daunting dish to make at home, but Green salad is super easy to prepare and is oh so refreshing.

The salad is easy, just combine chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onions, sprinkle some crumbled feta and your almost finished, except for the most important part, the dressing!
To make your homemade dressing you will need:
1 small Garlic clove.
3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1.25 tsp fresh, chopped Oregano
1.25 tsp fresh, chopped Basil
1/2 tsp of Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt (or sea salt)
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper.
To make your dressing chop up your clove of garlic add half the salt (1/4 tsp) and smash with your knife until it’s paste like. Then add all your dressing ingredients in a container, shake it up and Voila Home made Greek salad dressing!
