Brooklyn-based design studio Eskayel is adding a new point of view for innovative interiors. Utilizing imagery from her paintings as primary source material, designer Shanan Campanaro creates fantastically patterned bespoke wall coverings, textiles, pillows, and ceramics, which are all locally sourced and fabricated in the North Eastern United States. While redecorating her apartment in the spring of 2008, she decided to experiment with the idea of making wallpaper by digitally manipulating sections of her paintings. After fabulous results she began using the designs in her exhibitions, which quickly led to her first interior wallpaper commissions. The surge in interest prompted her to launch ESKAYEL at the Brooklyn Designs Juried show in May 2009.

Since then Eskayel has launched four major collections and a small capsule collection of patterns which have received accolades in the press including, the New York Times, Interior Design Magazine, House Beautiful, Luxe interiors, and Daily Candy but to name a few.

From now until December 31st, you can shop Eskayel products ranging from pillows, fabric baskets to printed wrapping paper at boutique retailer Bird and online.
