Here’s how it works:

Or

Not sure how to take a screenshot?
A screenshot is a picture of the image you see on your computer screen. To take a screenshot, take the following steps:

On a PC:

1. Press the F11 function key at the top of your keyboard. (This will make the active window fill your entire screen.)
2. Press the “Print Scrn” button located at the top right of your keyboard. Pressing this command takes a snap shot copy of your screen.
3. Press F11 again to return your screen to its normal view.
4. Paste the shot in MS Paint or another drawing/editing program like Photoshop by pressing Ctrl+V (or paste).
5. Save the image as a jpeg or gif file to your computer.

On a MAC:
1. Open the program, “Grab”
2. Go to the function, “Capture” – and then select the window or selection you would like to take a screenshot of.
3. Drag over the portion of the screen that you would like to take a picture of.
4. Then save the image as a tiff file.
