We’ve been fans of Brooklyn band The Pains of Being Pure at Heart for a while now; we still listen to their first full-length, Young Adult Friction on a regular basis. They just released their sophomore album Belong, which is now available on iTunes in the US and UK.
The band is kicking off a US tour this week and if you haven’t seen them live – you have to! See where the band is playing in a city near you.

Who doesn’t love trivia? Especially art trivia?! PopRally present PopQuiz, an evening of art-related trivia held in conjunction with MoMA’s Contemporary Art from the Collection exhibition. Teams of up to six people register upon check-in to participate in three rounds of art trivia and games, with winners taking home prizes such as MoMA memberships. Style points will be rewarded to the team with the best name! If you plan on having a full team of six, make sure you all arrive early to leave plenty of time for registration. Smaller teams will have the option of joining forces with other guests to create teams of up to six people.
Hosted by Ryan McNamara, whose work was recently featured in MoMA PS1′s Greater New York exhibition, this event also features a DJ set by Tanlines.
Participants in PopQuiz will have exclusive access to the exhibition throughout the event.
Admission includes an exclusive exhibition viewing, trivia contest, and cocktails.
